So where exactly is my order?

We use a track and trace delivery system for all of our products. So at anytime we are able to go online and check on the status of your gift. If you would like to also check on the progress we can supply you with your unique track and trace number so your finger is on the pluse at all times. Most orders are delivered during the day, so if you know that no-one will be home you may want to provide a work address to avoid any delay in delivery.
 

Delivery costs

We've gone for a very easy system of a flat rate option. This keeps it's simple, straight-forward and you know how much it's going to cost you before you even order.

• Within Auckland -$5.00
• Anywhere in the North Island - $6.95
• Anywhere in the South Island - $9.95
• Stewart Island - you'd need to talk to us about that!

Delivery timeframes

Just like any delivery service, it's not possible to pin-point exactly when your gift will arrive to the hour, however below is a guideline so you can make sure you allow enough time for it to arrive to the lucky recipient. There are (of course) disclaimers that do apply in the likes of 'unforeseen circumstances'. These include things like workers strikes, power outages, mechanical failure, amazing weather that washes out the roads, ground airplanes, halts trains and keeps boats in the harbour. These things are out of our control and of our delivery company and we cannot be held responsibile for deliveries made outside of the guidelines below.....also they are guidelines only. They are based on deliveries between Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Also they are based on the fact that we have the goods in stock at our warehouse (that we don't need to order it in) and that all goods are being sent from our office based in Auckland.

Delivery Guidelines

• Within Auckland - 24 hours (in some cases the same day)
• Rest of the North Island - 1 - 2days
• South Island - 2-3 days
• Rural Deliveries - allow a possible 2-3 days onto of the standard delivery time depending on where it's going to
• Stewart Island - you'd need to talk to us about that!
