Exchanging A Gift

Of course we are confident that you will be delighted with your choice. However, if for any reason you need to exchange a gift, you have a 10 day exchange period to contact us, from the time of delivery. When exchanging a gift it is important to note the following conditions:

• Repackage the gift adequately to prevent damage in transit
• Return the gift in the original condition it was received in.(unused and unopened if in a sealed box)
• Retain the courier tracking number until we can confirm receipt of the item
• You must cover the cost for resending the new gift and any difference in cost of the new gift
• The gift must be received by Beautiful Gifts within 15 days of the original delivery date

Faulty Goods

All electronic gifts are covered by a 30 day replacement warranty. Where a gift is deemed to be faulty within 30 calendar days from receipt of delivery we will organise courier collection, a replacement item (subject to availability) and redelivery, without any additional cost. Where a product is deemed to be faulty after 30 calendar days from receipt of delivery it is subject to individual manufacturer warranty. It is the client’s responsibility to bear any costs involved and adhere to individual manufacturer warranty instructions. Upon receipt of the returned gift, any item deemed not to be faulty will incur delivery charges for the item. We will meet all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to ensure all of our customers receive the best possible service.

Goods Damanged In Transit

All gifts are packaged to ensure they are adequately protected throughout delivery process. However if the gift happens to become damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by phone or email.

Refunds

Please choose your gift with care as we do not offer refunds on gifts, however we do offer exchanges. If goods are faulty or damaged we will rectify the situation under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
